The Art of Alan Dyson

Best known for his pencil artwork, Alan Dyson broke into the d20 gaming industry over a decade ago creating interior artwork for RPG (role-playing game) books.  In recent years, he has created several hundred sketch cards for Bench Warmer trading cards; as well as a commissioned piece for actor Jerry Maren (the Lolli Pop Kid in the movie The Wizard of Oz).

Projects Alan has recently finished include artwork for 3 RPG books for Atlas-Games. 

A graduate of the American Academy of Art in Chicago. Among Alan’s creative talents, he is also a martial arts instructor with over 12 years teaching experience with a background in Tang-Soo Do and Mixed Martial Arts.  Alan has also competed at the national level in submission grappling at NAGA (North American Grappling Association) tournaments.
