I like telling stories through the mixing of media, as I tend to have more ideas than I have time for. Using pen, pencil, charcoal, watercolor and digital, found objects and vintage ephemera - I use anything, everything available to me in order to bring my thoughts into visible, sometimes tangible form before they fade. I enjoy darker fantasy genres, strange-fiction, speculative fiction, which leads my works to be most often classified in the steampunk genre - though I don't see it. I simply want to make something that is old in appearance, or perhaps spooky, usually a merging of the two, but always beautiful in some way.
