Patricia Izzo (Wyandotte, Michigan)

 Patricia Izzo received her Art degree from Northern Michigan University with an assistantship in her Masters of Arts Program. Izzo's work is shown widely both regionally and nationally.  Twice awarded the State of Michigan Gold Medal, her work has also been featured in American Photo, Wayne State Alumni, Woman’s Day, Strut Magazine, and The Florida and Southern Review.  Izzo's portfolio is also featured in the international Black and White Magazine. 

Izzo’s work is in the permanent photography collections of the Detroit Institute of Art, University of Michigan Museum, Kresge Museum, Mira Godard Center, Ryerson University, Toronto and the Detroit Focus Portfolio.  Her book “FRAGILE AWAKENINGS” was published in 2008. She belongs to The Woman’s Caucus of the Arts, the Reckless Prophets, and the Society for Woman in Erotic Art Today.
