The Art of Jeffrey R. McDonald

Jeff started drawing at a very early age. His influences included comic books, cartoons and his own imagination. Feeling that a traditional college was not his path, he attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. This is where he was introduced to the works of such artists as: Michael Whelan, Frank Frazetta, Boris Vallejo and Julie Bell. These artists have greatly influenced the direction Jeff decided to take his own art. Branching out from just doing private commissions, Jeff is now continuing to develop and push his art further through educational resources such as the Illustration Master Class and SmArt School. He will be published in the upcoming Infected by Art Volume 4 annual.
